Disco Yoga! with Nick & Katya

Experience a grounding vinyasa flow led by meditation and yoga instructor, Katya Hropova, to the accompaniment of multi-instrumentalist, Nick Ayers, playing melodies on Native American Flute and the 21 string Chinese harp. As the heat builds through the practice, so too will the rhythms until it's a full blown disco dance party, as DJ Nick spins beats with boogie, while simultaneously playing drum set. All levels of experience welcome.
