The Living Pelvis Play-shop

This play-shop will empower women and girls to celebrate their unique bodies and to embrace their femaleness.

It will also facilitate their understanding of the various systems and organs that work together to make a woman’s body so strong and beautiful. We will cover topics such as reproductive health, hormones, nutrition, and exercise.

Approachable practices and tools for pelvic self-care and nurturing will be shared. Attendees will leave feeling inspired and empowered.

Gates open at 8 a.m. and close at midnight, each night.
